LivWell Enlightened Health, owned by PharmaCann announced its plan to acquire The Clinic, a dispensary chain in Colorado. The Clinic currently owns four medical/recreational dispensaries along the front range. With the addition of these four dispensaries, LivWell will now operate 26 dispensaries in Colorado. At a corporate level, PharmaCann will now operate 50 dispensaries and 10 cultivation and production facilities over eight states which include Colorado, Illinois, New York, Ohio, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Michigan.
With the acquisition, LivWell, PharmaCann, will have the largest number of dispensaries in Colorado with their 26 locations. The Green Solution and Native Roots, each operate 20 dispensaries in Colorado. Star Buds follows with 19 and Green Dragon has 17 dispensaries.
